Enterprise Integration Manager

At Seco Tools, we're ready to raise the digital bar and are therefore expanding our EA and Digital Transformation Services Team! In this team we’re securing the architectural foundation and necessary datacentric capabilities for driving business transformation with digital technologies – enabling business optimization for both ourselves and our customers in the whole machining business.
Right now, we’re looking for an Enterprise Integration Manager to be part of our global, passionate Seco family. Where innovation, teamwork, and agility form the winning combination.
In this role you are responsible for our global enterprise integration capability, this will entail securing the way we turn data and technology into seamless process flows that allow information to be securely accessible. By collaborating with stakeholders globally around business-enabling data sharing, you will be in the center of digital change.

About the job
Joining us in this position, one of your main responsibilities includes establishment of a progressive Enterprise Integration domain serving our business strategy while assuring the stability, security, and delivery of already up and running integration services. To make this happen, you collaborate closely with key stakeholders globally in search of ways to maximize the business value of our data integration. You also secure those necessary capabilities, competencies, and capacity in the Enterprise Integration domain is in place, supporting our business vision and desired state.
Together with your colleagues, team and other partners you design, develop and run Secos enterprise integration service. Naturally, you own the portfolio of solutions and budget, and you make sure we have proper governance in place as well as a collaborative network. Driving improvement initiatives and establishing best practices like integration solution patterns and principles are other important items on your agenda - by connecting opportunities, people, resources and technologies, you constantly drive our work forward and you’re a key player in our business success.
The position is based in Fagersta, Sweden with some international travel; although we’re looking for the most suitable competence and are open for remote applicants within our time zone (CET).
Who you are
You have previous experience from working with enterprise integration with a broader responsibility like domain architect or manager; including knowledge about various integration patterns, platforms and methodologies to support a modern business. We believe you combine your domain expertise with a coaching leadership style, passion to win, customer centricity and a structured working approach.

You're characterized by your ability to effectively get things done together with your team; while at the same time ensuring a fun, inclusive, and healthy environment. Since we act on a global scene, you need to be fluent in written and verbal professional English.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
A relevant degree within IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or similar
The ability to take lead, show the way and collaborate easily
Skills in iPaaS, API Management, Event Driven Architecture and Cloud-based environments such as Azure
Good at reviewing and maintaining vendor /partner relationships
Great skills in English, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial
