Role Summary/Purpose:

Supporting the team globally, the purpose of this role is to increase team effectiveness with application of deep market knowledge to strategic customer approach, sales team activation initiatives and global coordination of the offerings with marketing and marketing communication to help create opportunities for GE.

Essential Responsibilities:

This role is a part of the central Evaluation & Offering team, Enterprise Solutions, Life Sciences who provide competence and leadership for process and facility design for bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities from opportunity development to contract.

Key responsibilities will include:

? Country and competitive intelligence: stay current on important country trends (healthcare, regulatory, facility etc.), define new markets and determine appropriate approach, integrate country knowledge into strategy anticipating competitors moves and help sales team position ES offerings and structure market/penetration and development approach for different markets
? Lead sales team knowledge transfer, through workshops and trainings
? Analyse and support the development of account business strategies, their competitors, their customers and their plans. Contribute to deal strategies based on need.
? Report on lead, account and opportunity activity and create and produce sales KPI reports
? Win/Loss analysis: leverage post mortem analysis to improve win rate

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Education to Bachelor Degree level preferably in biosciences.
2. Several years of marketing / commercial experiences in large global organisation
3. Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels and
4. High level communication (written and verbal) skills in English
5. High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact

Desired Characteristics:

? Experience working closely with strategic,product marketing and sales to ensure strategy and plans are in line with market needs and sales strategy
? Ability drive business messages and communicate value propositions at a global level
? Ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals
? Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
