Enterprise/Solution Architect in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an Enterprise / Solution Architect with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Tasks Include:
Pursue technical issues in projects and initiatives
Contribute to the architectural framework's development
Ensure that technical solutions do not incur technical debt
Review technical solutions and contribute to their development.
A coherent and overall role for architectural work within the organisation, with an emphasis on a holistic perspective
Creates an overall strategic focus for architecture and technology development on the application side of IT and ensures that this is implemented in various initiatives and projects, as well as system management.
Create and manage an IT architecture roadmap that describes how the customer should move forward with the existing IT environment and which systems / services they should rebuild / change in the next 1-5 years.
Participate in projects and initiatives where salary must be tailored to the bank's target architecture.
Maintain and create documentation for architecture and solutions.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Deep business understanding
Overall knowledge of standards, compliance, safety, and regulations that affect the organisation as a whole
Understanding of the organization's short-term and long-term strategies, as well as the ability to lay out a roadmap in priority and time aspects
Previous IT architecture experience in financial operations
Communicative
Pedagogical ability to explain the implications of technological and business decisions
Good leadership qualities
