About the role as Entitlement Specialist
In the role as an Entitlement Specialist, you handle questions from Customers and Sales, and orders from Sales for our customers around our web services, user setup, and contract arrangement. You will be part of a team of about 12 people, and the main task is to work together with the rest of the team to handle daily issues of billing preparations, crediting, user set up, and support. We strive for automation and focus on developing and contributing to continuous improvement as part of simplifying for customers - and improving our internal processes.

We are searching for you who…
are driven by delivering high service, enjoy having customer contact, and working closely with other parts of the company. You are accurate and structured in your daily work and are not afraid to set the bar higher than it was before. For this position, we require previous experience with credit services or Backoffice work. Instead of pushing tasks on your colleagues, you take responsibility and at the same time have a good understanding of customer needs - providing excellent support and business value to everyone. You know that the bigger picture is important, and therefore take your time to understand it. With your determination, you strive to streamline with a focus on the customer perspective and are driven by system enhancements and learning new things.

Our wishes

- Previous experience with Backoffice work
- Experience of customer service, preferably over telephone
- Fluent in Swedish and understands English
