Sales Representative

Our ambitious Sales Team is now looking for an engaged colleague to join our team and be responsible for driving the sales in all of southern Sweden! You will be maintaining and developing the business relationships with a wide variety of small and middle sized customers within welding & cutting applications, construction, among others. This is an exciting position with great development opportunities and where one days it’s not like the other.

Your mission and how will you contribute?
Being a Sales Representative within our business area Entrepreneurs and Professionals (E&P), means being an ambassador for Air Liquide and being a part of a talented sales team with the passion in sales as our shared interest!
You will take care of the entire sales process, from first customer contact to negotiation and contract signature. This also means that you will be establishing, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships by researching customer preferences, visiting both existing and potential customers as well as following up with customer’s need to maintain customer loyalty.
To be successful in this position, you will need to keep yourself fully updated on the market trends in your territory and discover new ways customers can use our products and services. You will also work closely with our network of distributors to ensure market visibility and together develop the sales in the different local areas. This also means that you will collaborate with Air Liquide’s gas experts to establish innovative and competitive offers that contribute to increased customer satisfaction.
You will be introduced in your new position with a thorough training in gases, and you will continuously participate in our internal sales and gas courses to develop yourself and your sales skills.
Describe you department and team
Sales team includes three sales reps. a distribution account manager, a sales support, two Business Developer Welding Experts and a sales manager. We cover the E&P/M&P market units in the southern part of Sweden.
What is the purpose and opportunity of the position
Our customers are the core of our business and our Sales rep. are the face to our customers. Maintaining and developing customer relations is of vital importance for our company. E&P Sales Rep will cover all small and mid-range customers within the sales region. The whole organization (production, logistics, management, etc) works for our customers, and therefore also for our sales rep.
Who are you?
For this position, we are looking for an experienced Sales representative with experience in a B2B environment preferably from an industrial industry. Knowledge of welding and cutting processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
As a person, you enjoy meeting with new people with various backgrounds and take time to listen to customer’s needs with the eyes set on closing a new deal or at least preparing for a future sale. As we work as a team towards our targets, it’s important that you are a supportive team player who likes to share your innovative ideas with your team and receive feedback to develop your ideas further.
Being highly organized and able to independently organize your work day comes natural to you and you have previous experience of CRM systems, Google Suit and Microsoft Office. As our customers will be based in Skåne, Blekinge, Southern parts of Småland and Halland, it’s important that you live close to one of these areas and have a driving license. You must be fluent in Swedish and English.

Professional requirements
Previous experience with sales B2B and customer contact is preferred.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Knowledge of CRM systems
Driver license
Working knowledge of MS office or preferably Google docs/sheets

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships .

Dealing with objections : Customer claims , price increases and negotiations.
Work together with our agents to develop the sales in the different local areas
Identifying leads
Pitch prospective customers
Handling customer calls
Visiting customers
Maintaining customer information in CRM tool: Visits, contacts, opportunities.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Portfolio management incl profitability analysis
