About the role:
Environment manager are the architect of setting up all necessary activities and processes to ensure environment requirements been meet in projects. The role is setting up and pursuing routines for the project and the company by assisting with knowledge in ongoing project and tendering work.


Role and Responsibilities:
Evaluate the client’s requirements from contracts and turn it into execution and understandable terms.
Implementing environmental policies and practices, arranging meetings to solve environmental issues.
Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Analyze critical activities together with the Productions manager and prepare plans/instructions for developing/improving the HSE and productivity.
Assessing, analyzing, and collecting environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff, clients, and municipality.
In collaboration with Procurement, the manager check and confirm that purchasing list of materials, ingredients, and so on are ethically or environmentally sourced before the contract signing.
Be up to date with relevant changes in environmental legislation and initiatives including international legislation where applicable.
Hold short information meetings about the essence of the AFS for project personal and encourage safety culture at least 1-2 times a month.
Managing environmental strategy budgets, Assessing Environment-related invoices from subcontractors and suppliers before releasing payment.
Comply with the CRTGs values, policy, and code of conduct.
Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.

Ad hoc - Other tasks/projects can be considered.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:
University education: Relevant Master or Bachelor degree
Strong insights of the tunneling business as well as in-depth knowledge of Environment laws.
Minimum 3 years working experience in an environmental role.
Knowledge of AB04 and ABT06 AMA AF 12.
Fluent in written and oral English and Swedish.
Driving license.
