We are looking for an Environmental Coordinator who appreciate working in a multifunctional organization with environmental topics close to your heart. One of the main challenges is to guide, support and develop teams and organizations towards autonomy of improving environmental performance.
In this role, you need to love the challenges in developing people and have a pragmatic approach to the complexity of a big organization. Trust, collaboration, and humbleness are keywords together with competence and skills in environment, business processes and coaching.
Tasks may include highlighting and visualizing possibilities for continuous improvement and drive changes. You will be responsible for communication with authorities in Environment area and work closely with service providers, as well as being the expert and trusted partner internally. You will run and participate in networks, coach and engage people within the area. You will also manage the environmental permits, control requirements.
Are we the perfect match?
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a skilled communication with good knowledge in business processes, standards, and legal requirements within Environment. You are a skilled coordinator of activities who can deal with authorities, legal instances and auditors. You have good knowledge within the environmental area including management systems such as ISO 14001. We believe you have a university degree within environment or equivalent experience and knowledge.
