What You´ll Do and your responsibilities:
You will implement, develop and manage the company's Environmental Management System. Also, you will be involved in improving the business' environmental performance over time and monitoring the compliance of Environmental legislation.
Tasks may include highlighting and visualizing possibilities for continuous improvement and drive changes. You will be responsible for communication with authorities in the Environmental area and work closely with service providers, as well as being the expert and trusted partner internally. You will run and participate in networks, coach and engage people within the area.
Responsibility
- Report to and communicate with various authorities
- Knowledge of Green House Gas protocol and work towards Carbon neutrality
- Drive and improve LCA process
- Coordinate and perform internal and external audits
- Follow-up on compliance with laws and regulations
- Educate managers and colleagues in "environmental trainings"
- Support global teams
Who we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a skilled communicator with good knowledge in processes, standards, and legal requirements within the Environmental area. You are a skilled coordinator of activities who can deal with authorities, legal instances and auditors. You have good knowledge within the Environmental area including Management Systems such as ISO 14001.

We believe that you have competence and experience in:
- Trained internal auditor acc. to ISO19011
- Environmental management/coordination
- Leading and reporting internal and external audits
- Knowledge of standards and legal requirements in the area
- Knowledge in ISO14001:2015
- Good communications skills, both written and oral (English and Swedish)
- Working with LCA is a merit
Education
- University degree within Environment or equivalent experience and knowledge.
