Are you passionate about enabling data driven improvements in environmental performance? Do you enjoy scrutinizing data, calculating impacts and securing that it materializes in concrete improvements?
Then we want you to join us at Vattenfall and contribute to our journey towards a fossil free future in the role as Environmental Data Analyst. You will through your work directly contribute to value creation within our business but also bring value to our Corporate environmental data management and disclosure. Your will take on a role where you will conduct projects that ensure data-based decisions and improves efficiency (both time, costs and administration), and data quality as well as provide more transparency to a wide range of stakeholders on our environmental footprint.

In the role as Environmental Data Analyst we want you to:
Support our work with constantly improving our public disclosure on ESG data and interacting with financial communities and other stakeholders.
Secure further digitalization and optimization of our environmental data management and reporting. Providing environmental footprint calculation of products, projects and initiatives including work with Life cycle assessments and Environmental Product Declarations.
Initiate new projects on environmental data management and traceability. This will also include integration of different systems and getting more value out of the data we have available.
Support data management and reporting on corporate level e.g. linked to Annual Report, Carbon Disclosure (CDP), follow up targets and other initiatives.
The right candidate will also be able to enable communication of environmental performance and act as interface to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who:
Holds an Academic degree within IT, Engineering, Environment/Sustainability or similar
Have knowledge and passion for environmental data, life cycle thinking or product footprint
Have 1-3 years of experience with ESG reporting or other similar tasks (e.g. LCA, CDP reporting, climate assessments other)
Have knowledge of GHG-Protocol, GRI, LCA, CDP
Is advanced both orally and written in English and have a good command of Swedish
Hold a proven track record of working with climate calculations and working with interfaces between different data management systems

Location: Preferably Stockholm (Solna) Other locations within the Vattenfall sphere can be discussed Some travelling will be required.
