Environmental Engineer

Job description
We are looking for an Environmental Engineer that will have a key role in developing the environmental performance in operations. You will, together with colleagues,  help us to secure and support the compliance of environmental legislation and will be a key resource to support managers in the area. You will be positioned in the EHS team at site, the team consists of skilled members with deep knowledge in various fields of expertise.



Responsibilities
Secure and support the compliance of environmental legislation
You will work with all areas of operational environmental management; energy efficiency, waste management, handling of chemical substances and sustainability projects
Perform internal EHS audits and follow up on deviations
Perform and follow up on risk assessments
Participate in global environmental networks




Qualifications
We believe you are a person who have experience within environmental management in industrial operations and enjoy working in a large multifunctional organization. You are self-driven, motivated by challenges and action oriented. You are systematic in your approach, good at planning and bring structure into the process. You have strategic capabilities and good presentation skills.

We would like you to have a relevant university degree, 3 years' experience within environment and fluent English and Swedish.
