Environmental Specialist - Temporary Position

As Environmental Specialist you are to maintain & develop technical expertise and capability in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) including related methodologies & techniques.Other tasks included in the role are;

-Maintain and support development of in-house LCA capability.
-To ensure availability of relevant and quality data as well as proper application of relevant standards and norms including a sound scientific approach.
-To support and interact with colleagues in Commercial Operations Environment, Development & Engineering, and Market Companies through internal networks.
-Manage data and databases and proficiently operate LCA software and tools.


Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this role you have obtained at least a degree level education in engineering, ecological or environmental science.Added to this a minimum of two years experience as an LCA practitioner in industry or as a consultant is necessary.Expert knowledge and experience in packaging, agriculture or forest industry is considered an advantage.

You must be willing to travel, be an effective communicator, a good facilitator, and works comfortably and effectively at different levels and in diverse cultures.The candidate we are looking for possesses a very good command of English, both report writing and verbal skills.

You should be proficient with at least one major commercial LCA software.You are skilled in managing and analysing data, positive to a mix of analytical and practical work and able to handle multiple projects.You should be result oriented and capable of working independently.
