Environmental/Chemical Engineer for project assignment

Join our team in Chemical Services in Linköping or Arboga! We are looking for an Environmental/chemical engineer to join our team that provides technical and chemical services to our customers.

Your Role

You will participate in our support services to our customer Swedish Airforce and FMV for military aircrafts. This you do i cooperation with our system engineers for both fixed wings and rotor wings.

Main tasks:

Support our clients to identify hazardous chemicals according to REACH and customer requirements as well as identifying alternatives.
*

Produce/prepare safety data sheets in accordance with legislation (REACH).
*

Produce labels for chemical products in accordance with the
requirements of the CLP Regulation.
*

Prepare and maintain the operator´s technical documentation
regarding chemical products and operation.

Your profile

For this role, we see that you have education in the field of chemistry and it´s meritorious if you have knowledge of chemical legislation such as REACH and CLP as well as experience of producing/reading safety data sheets. It is also beneficial if you are confident in ways of working with large amounts of information.

As a person you are cooperative and supporting. Taking initiative, structuring and independently managing your assignments falls naturally to you.

Required skills:

*

Bachelor degree in chemistry
*

Knowledge of and experience in environmental legislation, in
particular chemical legislation e.g. REACH/RoHS and CLP, but also experience of other environmental legislation is meritorious
*

Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
*

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, but also be confident working independently
*

Experience in cooperation with customer related issues

Desired skills:

*

Minimum three years of experience

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current
regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security
clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
