The role as E.ON Drive Nordic IT Lead means being the intermediary between the different IT departments within E.ON, global eMobility IT and the Nordic eMobility team. The purpose of the role is to develop and lead IT work for E.ON Drive in the Nordic region, helping to accelerate the company's growth and implement the global E.ON Drive platform.

About the position

As Nordic IT Lead, you are responsible for coordinating and facilitating collaboration between different IT teams within E.ON Drive in the Nordics. The role is crucial to ensure that the IT strategy is aligned with Nordic needs and that the global E.ON Drive platform is successfully implemented in the region.

The main responsibilities of the Nordic IT Lead are to create the IT strategy for the Nordics, provide input to the global IT strategy, build, and develop the Nordic IT team and coordinate their work.

You are also responsible for prioritising IT development based on the strategies, reporting changes and decisions to local management, supporting the team's growth, and implementing and following up on KPIs and OKRs. In addition, you will manage the budget for IT development and external resources and lead IT projects when needed.

You will report to the Head of E.ON Drive in Sweden - Robert Tretinjak and to your functional manager, Christina Hambraeus who is the Head of eMobility Digital Solutions. As our global headquarters is located in Essen, Germany, the position may involve some travelling.

Your experience

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong interest and previous experience in project management and IT. In your role, you will have broad cooperation with several different departments globally, hence we believe that you thrive in cooperation with others and have the ability to communicate at different levels within the group.
