The Internship
The Eos Internship is hosted by Group Controlling at the Atlas Copco Group Center in Sickla, a few minutes from Slussen. The purpose of the internship is to give prospective employees an introduction to Atlas Copco in general—and to business control in Atlas Copco in particular. We want to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. The mission of Group Controlling is to support business decisions through financial analysis. The team has open communications channels to all 400 subsidiaries around the world—as well as close connections to Group Management. You will be collaborating with the team on monthly and quarterly closings, development of analytical tools and overall improvements to the internal financial reporting. For instance, you will follow up on the monthly Group sales reporting, deliver financial reports to Group Management, and be a hands-on contributor in whatever projects are a priority at the time.
What we expect from you
In Atlas Copco we believe that there is always a better way—and consequently we are looking for somebody who is curious and cares about progress. We also believe in autonomy and accountability—so we are looking for somebody who is willing to take initiatives and who sets their bar high. Additionally, we have three formal requirements. First, you must have no more than two semesters left of your studies before you graduate with a degree within business, finance, economics or accounting. Second, you must be available to work at least 15 hours a week. Finally, you must be fluent in English as that is the group language.

How to apply
The Eos Internship runs every semester. The program starts in January and September with a preceding application period in October and March. For the 2021 fall semester internship, applications will be accepted from March 14 through April 10. Applications not in English or not including a resumé and a personal letter will not be considered.
