About this opportunity
Dedicated Networks, as part of the recently established new Business Area Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS), is set up to bring together the opportunities in the Enterprise segment leveraging on the 5G capabilities in our portfolio. The number of projects and customer trials is growing exponentially.

We are now looking for a Services and Operations engineer to strengthen our diverse technical team. In your role, you will work with establishing, upgrading, updating, and operating our EP5G Cloud management platform running on GCP. This requires close cooperation with the R&D teams of our system, and you will be a key person in driving the industrialization for handling that system component.

We organize our work in multi-functional teams in which continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do
(Re)-deploy services on a pioneering cloud platform
Perform monitoring and trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in the technical domain


You will bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, math, scientific or technical, and 3+ years of experience in software engineering and DevOps.


Domain experience:
Understanding cloud computing; virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and content delivery networks.
Experience with networking technologies, load balancers, firewalls, API proxies, and web security mechanisms.
Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies such as Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, OpenStack, etc.
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
Experience in system administration tasks in Linux, Unix, or Windows
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with helm
Automation using python or similar
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting, and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
