For more than 20 years we have provided the world with mobile broadband. Today, almost half of the world’s population uses our product. We are looking for a Test Program Manager to join PDG (Product Development Group) Gateway to optimize the use of our test capabilities, ensure that we continuously refine the way we work, and secure that we always have a known test status. In this role, you will secure that test activities are planned, coordinated, executed and visualized on system level and that we have needed test environment and test tools in the right time. At the PDG Gateway we are responsible for the development and release of Gateway products. Much of the testing is done by the development teams, but we also have teams dedicated to integration test and extensive regression testing. We take pride in that we have automated most of the test execution and parts of the analysis of test results, since this enables fast feedback loops. The test teams are mainly located in Sweden, China and India.. You will report to the Head of Gateway Continuous Integration & Delivery, located in Gothenburg.

You will
Secure and adapt test capability prioritization according to needs
Provide a holistic view of test activity plans and progress on system level to key stakeholders, such as Program Manager and System Owner
Plan and drive system test activities for 4G and 5G core networks in tight collaboration with development and release, across organizations
Visualize dependencies and drive risk mitigation
Ensure test environment for function test on system level and system test, including tools for development
Implement and maintain an effective communication structure for the test program
Drive continuous improvement of test flow efficiency


To be successful in the role you must have
Ability to focus, take proactive decisions and follow through to wanted effect: result oriented
Ability to quickly involve key people and ensure fast response to changes.
Experience from DevOps transformations and culture
Experience in project management in a Lean and Agile world
Effective communication skills and be Fluent in English, written and oral
Experience and good understanding of R&D and SW development
Good listening and analyzing skills and enjoy cooperating with others
