What’s in it for you?
As our business develops and grows, we are looking for a passionate Epic Lead/Business Analyst to the area of general accounting & period end. You will join the Digital Finance Corporate cluster in the accounting and reporting area and work together with finance and digital stakeholders to develop our products, processes and reporting channels.
We are on an exciting journey of replacing our old ERP systems, implementing a new consolidation system and steering model as well as transforming our commercial offer to online and direct-to-consumer. Your main project will be to help us replacing the systems and taking Digital Finance Corporate to the next level!
As our new Epic Lead you will drive initiatives including planning and structuring/documenting the work, communicating with stakeholders, setting up work streams and leading the steering committee until the Epic reaches full implementation. You are the voice of the user; you have a business perspective and the ability to describe the needs of the business as well as operational process needs.
What you’ll do
You will make sure that we are up to speed with market trends in the area of efficient accounting processes and technical solutions for managing accounting and reporting. You will capture requirements on the products from various stakeholders, so that both legal requirements and operational process perspectives are in focus.
Moreover, you will lead bigger initiatives/Epics so that communication, meetings, reporting and documentations are handled efficiently and with high quality. You will be supporting both the development and UAT. You will be working with product teams to refine processes, find solutions and to ensure a successful delivery. Lastly, you will coordinate content dependencies with other product clusters and products.
Do you fit the profile?
There are two ways you could match the profile we are looking for! We believe that you have been leading and driving development as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or equivalent. Alternatively, you have been working with general accounting and period end in a senior role for a couple of years.
Experience of building or operating accounting operational processes within a global multimarket environment, and accounting and tax competence, is meritorious. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of financial ERP-systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Experience of agile development methodologies and working in digital product teams will also be beneficial.
Fluency in English, both verbally and written, is a must.
