Who are we?
Fuel Cell Vehicle Engineering is a recently formed organization with approximately 30 people today, but we are expected to grow. Our plan is to create a cost efficient and user-friendly Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle. We are a small team filled with energetic people who are eager to deliver to our customers.
Purpose:
Develop systems needed for a user-friendly Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle with competitive total cost of ownership.
Lead vehicle development for the system area technology tower and manage the cross functional work to ensure wanted results.
Driving deliveries from different stakeholders
Coordinating with the project team to ensure correct deliveries at the right time.
We are looking for a person with a positive mind who is motivated to work against clear goals and that will take the lead and actions when needed.
Qualification & Experience:
We see that you have a M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
You have worked minimum five years with vehicle product development and are experienced in leading projects or developing teams.
We want you to have good product knowledge of commercial vehicles, in the areas of complete vehicle and vehicle integration. A “make it happen” person who likes to collaborate with both internal and external partners. You like to take action and are not afraid of taking on a challenge without clear guidance.
Communication is something you are both skilled in and comfortable with – to make clear recommendations in complex matters is not a problem for you.
You are comfortable with delegating and distribute assignments to make efficient progress, and drive engagement within the team and makes everyone in the team feel important.
You work toward set goals with a strategic mindset and a holistic view. Build networks along the way and are solution oriented and takes on new challenges with a big scope of courage.
We see that you also are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
