You bring over a decade of experience leading high impact teams internationally. You take responsibility and are eager to interact and influence across our organisation.
The combination of your strategic capabilities, ability to connect with the few experts in a credible way, whilst inspiring and mobilising the many, will ensure that we create a real and lasting movement by connecting ED&I to the everyday reality of 166 000+ co-workers.
Being a spokesperson for different audiences comes naturally to you, and you are good at recognising the appropriate style, level of detail and right message for the audience.
With your experience in change management and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, you will really accelerate this agenda. You turn data into actionable insights, and challenge the status quo with fresh ideas, new approaches and new solutions. You are highly performance driven in your mission to make the Ingka Group globally one of the most meaningful and purpose led employers, and making our many co-workers feel included and equally treated.

You lead by example, acting in an inclusive and collaborative way. Coaching comes naturally to you and you inspire and influence co-workers at all levels. You have extensive experience in relationship management with executive level leaders and high-level stakeholders across sectors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager your purpose is to develop, drive and be our key spokesperson for the ED&I strategic plan. You will work with leaders across and outside of the Ingka Group to embed this topic into all co-worker experience touchpoints and way beyond, acting as the subject matter expert.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• drive leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda, ranging from our most senior boards to the team leaders in our stores
• partner across group functions to deliver to the achievement of strategic objectives at group level and across countries where we operate
• partner with our communication colleagues to advocate and share our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, movements and vision externally
• turning research and trends into practice, as well as follow-up and steer internal performance in (new) priority areas
• create programmes, trainings and values around Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
• identify external trends and best practices which to increase diversity among the workforce
You will be located in Malmö, Sweden, and report to our People & Culture Manager while leading a small team of experts.
