What’s in it for you?
At Facilities, Tooling & Equipment within Manufacturing Engineering Paint we develop and implement quality-assured, flexible, effective and reliable production systems and equipment solutions in our Paint shop.
Our mission is to lead, develop and support projects with Equipment solutions within Paint locally and globally, we also manage the installations projects in our plants.
We are now looking for a new colleague within the competence area Project leading.
You get an opportunity to develop yourself at the same time you work with a variety of types of equipment in a cross-functional team.
What you’ll do
As Equipment engineer you will be responsible for leading the mechanical, automation design and safety solutions that are specified in our quotations towards suppliers.
The challenge for this role is for the following years to develop our new production system and modify our existing lines for our next generation of cars. The new developed production lines have to be flexible, low in energy consumption and have high technical availability and maintainability.
Do you fit the profile?
The ideal candidate has an academic degree within Engineering or equivalent experience. We believe you have a couple of years of experience within the field. We are looking for a project leader and proactive team player. We see that you have high personal integrity and strong communications skills since you have many interfaces within the company. In order to fully enjoy the job you also need to have a structured way of working.
Other experience and knowledge that is needed to embrace this role is:
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
* High automation competence
* Experience from automotive environment/equipment
* Requirements Engineering
