As an Equipment Engineer/ Project manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects, and non-product projects according to project targets. You will work closely with other engineering departments, plant engineering, production, and external suppliers to ensure that the power systems we build meet the highest expectations of our customers

Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management or equipment engineering
Experience in developing and implementing optimal processes and product flows
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Swedish

Your role at Aurobay
As an Equipment Engineer/ Project Manager you will:
Develop and implement optimal processes and product flows.
Deliver and develop complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation (Technical Specification).
Lead technical evaluation and align sourcing process together with IDP (Indirect Procurement) for selection of suppliers.
Follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until FSR (Final Status Report) and report deviations to IPM or concerned.
