Job Summary
The Safety & Compliance team within Equipment Engineering is supporting all development activities within the organisation Development & Technology. The team supports all development activities when it comes to machinery. We are having specialists with competence in Equipment safety, Ergonomics, Hygienic Design, Food contact materials and Export control.
Right now, we are looking for a new experienced engineer who can take the role as Equipment Safety Engineer. The main responsibilities are to secure that the Packaging Equipment are fulfilling Equipment Regulatory requirements.
The Safety & Compliance team is based both in Lund and Modena, with collaboration cross sites, but this position is based in Lund.
What you will do
As Equipment Safety Engineer you will:
Drive the Equipment Regulatory Compliance work in Development & Technology
Lead the creation, update, and release of documents according to regulatory requirements, according to the tollgate deliverables in the product creation and product life cycle process
Provide advice and guidance on equipment safety requirements and hygienic design to the development teams
Participate in projects improving the methodologies and in evaluation of impact of new regulatory requirements lead by Equipment Safety Capability

We believe you have a technical degree and at least 4 years of technical/machinery experience from an engineering position. Equipment regulatory work experience is a great benefit. We also think you have experience from working in multicultural teams.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
