Human Capital is now looking for a senior associate to be based in Stockholm.
Din utmaning:
Reporting to the head of Corporate Finance, you will be supporting the originating, executing and closing ECM deals including IPO and secondary fund raising.You will be part of the team that organizes roadshows for Institutional Fund Managers and institutions in the region.You will be managing the book-building process for IPO and ensure the placement transaction is in accordance with regulations.Execution of live transactions- IPOs / rights issues / block trades / equity hedging / convertible bonds.Role involves writing and overseeing pitch books, market valuation, producing regular market updates for investors and senior managers within the bank.Liaise with syndicate desk and execution team.Frequent interaction with other teams across other divisions, locally as well as globally.You will be expected to help on the origination / business development of deals but also educate and train the more junior members of the team.
Din bakgrund:
An outstanding academic record.Have ideally 3 to 4 years of work experience in ECM at an international bank.Experienced from London city is a strong merit.A keen, long-term interest in investment banking.Fundamental interest in the equity markets.Experience in traditional M&A is a merit.Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.Strong quantitative and technical abilities.Good knowledge of the Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules and the IPO marketing general is preferable. Takeover Code knowledge is a plus.Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities.Strong oral and written communications skills.Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.Fluent Swedish and English is a must.
