Adecco Telecom Professionals delivers qualified staff to the international telecom companies in Lund.We are now looking for an experienced Assistant. Assignment description .Arranging internal and external meetings and conferences..Participating in conferences and management meetings..Assist managers in organizational, administrtive and reporting issues..Travel arrangements for the managers (Travel requests, tickets hotels, travels bills etc.) .Assist managers with presentation material and statistical information when needed..Time reporting release and travel bills checking for the department .Being source of information and company internal processes Invoice support .Assist in personnel issues (Preparation for new employees & reassignments with line manager, ordering consultants, holiday planning and back-up overview etc.) .Order material (Form System) Competence As the assistant for the Managers aswell as the departments, the candidate needs to have great communication skills and be fluent in English both in writing and speech.It is also required to have skills on a high level in MS Office.
