Job description Ready for the challenge of a lifetime, working with the world's leading company in microwave transmission?Ericsson is looking for experienced system designers to work with analysis and specification of new functions and system performance.You ll work with our successful microwave products including the MINI-LINK system.You'll be responsible for architectural choices, implementation sketches and be the technical driver and leader in our development projects.The work consists of linking high-level system and product requirements to Radio-Link design and implementation.You will actively contribute to both the strategic and tactical development of the Microwave product portfolio from a technology point of view.This involves working closely with our designers in Sweden, Norway and Italy.Above all, you'll be working for a company that is passionate about its people and its technology. Competence You're a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues across other business disciplines, but equally, you can work well independently.Technical competence and networking skills are two of your strong characteristics.
