About the Opportunity
Power Solutions is responsible for research, development, and maintenance of the power solutions for the majority of the Ericsson Radio Product Portfolio! We are today two sections in Lindholmen, and one in Kista.
We utilize the latest design and simulation tools. We keep track of new technology, methodology and design techniques. Our Competence center is based on teamwork and a learning culture with experienced and dedicated individuals.
We are now looking for a junior Power Designer! You will collaborate with Power Solution colleges in Lindholmen and with projects in Kista, together with Radio design colleges.
What you will do
• Contribute in Power Design assignments in Kista: Be part of Power Design teams with focus on systemization, circuit design, target system aspects, trouble shooting and in product verification.
• Drive efficient communication and coordination between Power Design and our Partners: Facilitate a good communication between product projects teams and power design teams.
• Drive Innovation and improvements in the power area: Stay informed about industry practices and contribute to technical development.
• Drive power technology and power product leadership: Understand customer benefits and optimize the product capabilities.
• Actively support integration and verification of Power solutions in products: Contribute to integration, verification and troubleshooting of power solutions applied in products and systems.
• Drive Product Quality ambition in the Power Design area: Monitor and secure that customer perceived quality aspects are addressed.
You will bring
• BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering preferable including DC/DC converter design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven drive for results.
• Skills and experience of board power design (DC/DC converter knowledge).
• Good understanding of Hardware design and how power design solutions are applied.
• Fluent in English.
