Job Summary

Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Nefab is in the process of a large transformation project with the change of ERP platform within the group. We are therefore looking to strengthen our team with ERP Analyst – Operations.

The Operations functions at NEFAB includes sourcing, purchasing, logistics and manufacturing

As ERP Analyst - operations you will be the key link between Group Operations functions and Group IT and act as liaison and coordinator of input from the various stakeholders within Operations and ERP.

You will secure that the business requirements from Operations are met by the ERP solution, both from a global perspective as well as local.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the design of the operations related processes in the new ERP system, based on Nefab Business Processes
• Setup configuration and default settings of the new system in related areas
• Lead and facilitates workshops including process mapping, GAP analysis, requirement analysis.
• Member of the Nefab ERP Change board member – present change requirements collected from the business to the process owners.
• Support regional ERP rollout teams
• Facilitate site implementation by keeping ERP demo sessions as part of ERP before actual implementation starts.
• Continuously work with business process design projects after the initial project has been implemented.
• Acts as liaison and coordinator of input from the sales subject matter experts, other ERP Analysts, the core team and the architects.

You will be part of Group Business Applications ERP team, which is responsible for the ERP maintenance and development of business process in the ERP platform.

We are flexible about the location of this position, but we would appreciate it to be close to any of the Nefab Group’s offices in Europe.

Your profile

You have a University degree (Bachelor) within Business Administration, finance, or equivalent

• Five to ten years of relevant working experience within manufacturing industry.
• High general understanding of ERP-system and their processes
• Expert skills/knowledge of Infor M3
• Project management skills
• High skills/knowledge in MS Excel
• Strong business and financial understanding
• Team player with collaborative and networking skills
• Self-directed being able to formulate activities and direction
• Experience from using BI tools such as Power BI, Birst etc.
