Poolia is recruiting ERP Consultants in Manufacturing & Engineering to IFS in Örestad (Copenhagen). As our consultant specialized in Manufacturing & Engineering, you must enjoy working in teams and be good at networking. You will work closely with colleagues, ensuring we deliver value to the customer through our projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment. You will work with professional and dedicated teams.

As an ERP Consultant in Manufacturing & Engineering you will be focusing on:
• Guiding our customers in how to best utilize the IFS applications in relation to their business requirements and processes.
• Designing solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectation thus ensuring success for both parties.
• Understanding the business objectives and end-to-end processes, as well as digging down in details to achieve the best possible solution for both the customer and IFS.

We expect you to be ready to travel and represent IFS at customer sites across the region of Northern & Central Europe. This means that for certain projects, intensive travel is required, while for others, none.

QUALIFICATIONS
You have an academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or Business Administration. We want you to have in depth knowledge of the processes in the Manufacturing & Engineering area.

We are looking for candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience from one of the following professional backgrounds:
• End customer with an experience as key-user, project team member or project manager
• ERP consultant
• Other software consultant

You have a profound interest in how systems can support business processes, preferably you have been involved in implementation projects or upgrades.

It is important that you have commercial focus, business acumen and a “can-do” attitude.

The position requires fluency in English and in Danish or Swedish. It is a plus if you understand German.

If you are or have one or more of the following experiences, it will be considered a bonus:
• Used to work in projects with implementation/upgrade of systems/applications or aftermarket processes on the customer or vendor side.
• Experience of working in IT-projects; leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc.
• Have some experience in advising customers; from scoping the solution to implementation and rollout.
