ERP Functional Specialist

Job Description
· Implement Dynamics 2012 R3 across various client locations.
· Prepare AX system for Rollout.
· Specialized within logistics, P2P, O2C and some extent in Inventory management.
· Participate in Change specifications, workshops, Configuration management.
· Coordinate between end users, IT and other stakeholders for upcoming implementations or customizations.
· Train key users on the system modules and create training materials.
· Participate in cutover, do hyper care and support release management and tests in general cross projects.
· Participate in troubleshooting and 3rd line support.
· Co-operate with Project managers, consultants, solutions architect and the rest of the ERP team.
· Perform functional support tasks for the system implemented particularly in ERP and Quality systems.
· Gather, collaborate and analyses quality processes and design solutions based on customer inputs.
