ERP Integration & Technical Specialist

We are offering an excellent opportunity to work as an ERP Integration & Technical Specialist in our ERP & Supporting Systems team at our HQ in Lund, or at our office in Linköping.

Who is your future team?
As an ERP Integration & Technical Specialist you will be a member of the IFS team, which is part of our ERP & Supporting Systems team. The ERP & Supporting Systems team consists of 4 different sub-teams with responsibility of some of our core business applications at Axis; IFS, ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, Digital Asset Management and DocuSign. Our responsibility covers the full application lifecycle including day-to-day support, continuous improvement projects and upgrades.

What will you do here as ERP Integration & Technical Specialist?
Our EPR platform, IFS Applications, is a global solution which supports many of our core functions within Axis, like for example manufacturing, warehousing, order fulfillment, purchasing and finance. Axis is growing and in your role as ERP Integration & Technical Specialist your work will have a direct contribution in supporting the business to be able to handle increasing volumes.

As an ERP Integration & Technical Specialist you will work together with your teammates and users with issues and questions both related to day-to-day support as well as future development projects. You will have a close cooperation with stakeholders both related to our central functions in Lund and our Regions across the globe.

Your responsibilities will for example include:

* Work with specifications, mapping and implementation of inbound and outbound IFS integrations
* Work together with our Infrastructure team with continuous improvements related to monitoring and system performance
* Manage gap analysis related to new requests and new solutions
* Implement new features as well as simplifying and standardizing existing functionality

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Working knowledge of integrations related to IFS or similar ERP applications
* Experience in working with Oracle, PL/SQL, Java and EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12 and GS1
* Experience in XML, XSLT, Web Services, REST APIs, JSON and different communication protocols
* Familiarity with integration platforms
* Good understanding of IFS, or similar ERP applications, from a technical point of view
* Used to working in a mixed environment of managing both on-going support and projects
