As ERP Manager you will play a key role in shaping the ERP landscape together with your team. You will manage a competent team and have the chance to improve and develop strategies, mind-set, and processes. As a manager you share your vision, work together, and develop your team to deliver promises.
Your responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of 10 ERP LN application experts delivering 1st line application support to the business
Manage and engage with various stakeholders to design solutions that drive business value
Collaborate with your team on continuous improvement projects and implement best practices
Support the qualification of business requirements as well review the current and upcoming demand
Involved in projects in the Northern Europe region, from supporting and testing to implementation
Manage and collaborate with the Third-Party vendor assigned for 2nd and 3rd level support
Manage your assigned budget and participate in the definition of costs and schedules
Support the deployment of Global strategic programs and identify their impact on ERP LN

Your background
As a leader you are inspirational, customer-focused, empowering, and accountable
You have experience of ERP systems and service management with multiple stakeholders including 3rd party vendors
As a person you are a team player who has good listening, communication & influencing skills to build trust with your team and different stakeholders
Good understanding of financial fundamentals such as forecasting and budgeting
You are proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
Knowledge and experience in project and service management lifecycle processes, tools, methodologies, and standards. Certification in ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma is added advantage
