The Project Support & Administration Directorate at the European Spallation Source (ESS) in Lund, Sweden, invites applications for an ERP Officer.
Description of directorate/division
The Project support and Finance division is the department responsible for project support, which includes project and risk management processes and skills as well as managing total cost, schedule and risk for the construction of ESS of the European Spallation Source. We are also responsible for finance, which includes accounting, cash flow, currencies, external reporting including annual and quarterly reports and internal reporting. The department reports to the ESS Project Support and Administration Director. The Project support and Finance division currently consists of 16 persons but recruitment is ongoing.
Description of main responsibilities
• System Support for ESS ERP system (Agresso)
• Training (incl. training material) of users of ESS ERP system (Agresso)
• Drive and lead developments and enhancements of ESS ERP system (Agresso)
• Reconcile the ESS ERP system (Agresso) is set up to the project-reporting model
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of ERP system(s)
• Preferably knowledge of Agresso ERP system
• Understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Experience or working in an international environment is essential
• Excellent oral and written English skills are a prerequisite; knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage

Duration & Location
The position is permanent with six months initial probationary period. Your work place will be situated in Lund, Sweden.
Start date
The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
