You will be participating in the creation of the processes that will take Nordic Forum into the future! You will manage and hold together the business side of the project, which means that our successful companies in Norway, Poland and Denmark will be working in one common ERP system in about three years’ time.

You will have overall responsibility for moving the project forward. Right now it is in a pre-project phase, and you will initially be working on taking forward all processes that will be included in the project when it gets underway in January. It will then be a matter of taking the project through all following stages: adapting business processes, implementing the system in the organizations and finally ensuring that everything functions smoothly when the system is in full operation.
Around 80 people are participating in the project, and many colleagues will be available to help you, including a project manager who will be your counterpart on the IT side.
The areas covered by the project are Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Sales and Pricing. The companies that will be using the new business system are based in Poland, Norway and Denmark. One major contributor in the project is the mother company, Hella, in Germany. Hella and Microsoft Dynamics are supplying the system together with Wurth Phoenix. The position involves frequent travel mainly to our daughter company or Hella.


Din profil

You are a keen project manager who thinks in terms of processes and you will be handling all stages of the project from pre-sales to the point when the business system is up and running in the various countries and business units.
You have worked with the processes of a business system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX, and it would be a great advantage if this was in the vehicle after-sales sector or similar area where large quantities of different components are sold and delivered at the right place, at the right time and at the right price.
You are used to documenting and reporting, have a keen eye for details and are capable of providing ongoing reporting to various management groups on how the work is progressing.
You will be perfectly at ease working in English in a multi-cultural environment. If you speak Polish, this will be a big advantage. Danish is number three on our wish list! It is important that you have an understanding of different business cultures as you will be communicating with executive and management groups from Germany, Poland, Denmark and Norway.
