ERP System Manager

We are looking to hire an ERP System Manager to our Stockholm HQ. In this role you will be overall responsible for the ERP system strategy, design, transition, operation, and continuous improvements. You will act as the company expert in ERP systems and its effective use.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business strategy and demands and convert those to ERP system strategy, design, transition plan and assure operational level meets business needs
- Support the business in process improvements and implementation of best practices
- Support the integration between ERP and other business applications
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on daily support and projects
- Manage ERP vendor contracts and costs
- ERP system administration (on/off boarding, permission sets, approval flows, daily incident, and problem handling)
- Write and maintain documents related to ERP practices
- Maintain ERP backlog - recording and maintaining system changes and customized scripts
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance
- Implement ERP system related tasks in Azure AD


Qualification and experience:

- Degree in manufacturing, logistics, finance, business, informatics, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in ERP system management, preferrable Dynamics Business central/Navision
- Experience from ERP implementations
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written
