The Role
We are looking for a senior ERP system specialist with experience from manufacturing industries to join our group companies in Ängelholm.
You need to be motivated, energetic and have a hands-on approach to work while striving for continuous improvement in our ever-evolving environment.
If you are technically inclined and have a good understanding of processes and development, you will enjoy working with us. You enjoy having a lot going on and work productively in a structured way. You must be able to work both independently and in teams, and if necessary, assist in project managing around different teams from other departments as well.
As an unconventional and innovative company, we develop many processes and tools in-house. That is why we take interest in your background in system/process development.
Responsibilities
- Work with continuous business development in the ERP system (Monitor G5) to support the company's needs and configuration.
- Develop new methods for using our ERP system to support the company's goals and contribute to creating a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Work with internal and external resources to develop integrations/functions.
- Manage users and permissions within Monitor ERP.
- Educate users and create instructions and user materials.
- Support users with technical support in case of problems.
- Analyze feasibility at the request of users.
- Test / validate updates and patches by creating scenarios in test environments.
- Lead projects
- 5+ years’ experience of Monitor ERP or similar systems as super-user, admin, consultant, or specialist.
- Experience in production processes and inventory management.
- Education in Business Systems, Systems Science, Systems Development or similar.
- Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing as we are an English-speaking company.
A plus if:
- You have worked in finance/accounting / financial management.
- Worked within purchasing, production, and material planning.
- Have project management skills
- Dealt with database management and SQL programming.
- Visualization of data and KPI’s.
- An Education / degree in economics / accounting.
- Have experience with Monitor G5.
