Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for a new team member to our Business Application Services team in Sweden with core competence in IFS ERP and good understanding of business processes to strengthen our skilled and supportive international team.
Your daily tasks will include resolving issues and fulfilling service requests but also participating in development and projects where you would be demonstrating solution functionalities and proposing improvements in cooperation with our partners and other team members. You are part of a 15 people IFS team, which includes members in other Nordic countries, Germany and Poland. You will report to the ERP Team Manager
Tasks in operations and support:
End user support, proactive problem solving and preventive actions to ensure smooth production, including investigation of root causes for problems and creating solutions, service request fulfilment
1st to 2nd level support in Business Application Services support group
Tasks may include work in projects and change management, such as:
Definition and prioritizing change requirements, reviewing alternatives, recommending and estimating solutions
Supporting the objectives to standardize and harmonize processes and data
Managing user expectations with respect to process and systems functionality
Leading the implementation work, build, test, deployment and documentation
Defining and documenting test scenarios
Educating business team members on systems functionality, support business team training
Active communication about changes and other important topics
Our requirements:
Since you will be working with our core process, you should have good understanding and expertise of Service and Maintenance or Material Management or Supply Chain and related processes.Understanding of Swedish business: Customers, Suppliers and related business processes. knowledge of ERP functionality and fluent verbal and written Swedish and English language skills. You are being driven by personal and professional development.
Additionally, to succeed in the role you should have one or many of the following:
Understanding the priority and urgency of incident resolution to resume and maintain business operations
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
Practical knowledge of ITIL4 practices and ITSM tools (ticketing system)
Aptitude for process thinking and improvement with an organisation-wide view of the process
Service mindset and can-do attitude, willingness to interact with people, good communication and presentation skills
