ESAB AB - Area Sales Manager Automation Sweden

ESAB is a global company and world leading when it comes to producing consumables and equipment for virtually every welding and cutting process and application.
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager cutting and welding Automation based in Sweden.
This position belongs to the European capital goods Sales team. The main objective is to build a profitable grow of ESAB’s market shares by working as a “one team spirit” world class sales team and in cooperation with relevant stakeholders, develop sales to ensure both profitable growth, excellent customer experience and 100% transparency and accountability from start to finish.
We offer you an exciting opportunity to drive and manage the sales in Sweden of welding and cutting automation.


Accountabilities
· Meet revenue & profit targets
· Be proactive in executing the ESAB EU growth strategy for Capital Goods
· Support the EU team with market/sales activities in cooperation with the regional sales team
· Perform the daily operational sales tasks
· Follow ESABs commercial process and standard work included value selling
· Live COLFAX values, follow and implement the corporation’s rules and policies




Your qualifications
· BSc or MSc in Engineering, IWE certificate or equivalent industry experience
· Experience in investment goods sales. Preferable from the Welding & Cutting business.
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Master in cooperation with all interfaces (internally and externally)
· Ability to identify and realize growth opportunities
· Strong English skills
· Willingness to travel on a regular base to all European countries entities
