ESAB AB söker Global Product Manager - SAW

As Global Product Manager for ESAB you are responsible for the lifecycle management of a product line involving coordinating and driving cross-functional initiatives. This includes, among other aspects, conducting technology assessments, analysing trends and product performance, and translating market needs into technical needs. You are accountable for the ownership of the global product family and will be reporting to the Head of Project Management.

Profile
· Technical masters or bachelor’s degree with a clear business orientation
· Experience managing a portfolio of products
· Prior experience within the welding industry
· Solid understanding of business drivers across sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain
· Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a great portion of energy and drive
· Able to lead a large amount of people across functional boundaries in an informal way
· Working knowledge of automation
· Experience of matrix environment with virtual teams is a strength
· Skilled team player with customer and technical focus who is an expert in strategic analysis and execution
· Fluent oral and written English, other languages a plus
