We are now strengthening our team working with products for the nuclear industry. We are therefore recruiting an Order Operations Manager.
As Order Operations Manager you will coordinate the work and be the speaking partner for our sales team and our customers regarding supply of products to the nuclear industry.
The main objectives of the department are to ensure that the orders are produced, tested and certified in accordance with the customer's standards.
The team contains of one Order Review Engineer and one person for Order Administration. The Order Operations Manager reports to the Managing Director for ESAB Perstorp AB.
Your main responsibilities:
-Provide offers and handle orders in accordance to the ASME and internal ESAB QA requirements
-Ensure that quotations and order acknowledgements are provided to customers within given time frames
-Ensure Nuclear products are produced, tested and shipped from ESAB to customers within specified time frames
-Identify and act on areas where the nuclear order handling process requires improvements in order to increase customer service and reduce internal costs

-Good communication skills and ability to converse professionally at all levels
-Self efficient and proactive
-Ability to drive team work and order process forward
-Ability to analyze and articulate process improvements and implement them in the team
-Ability to absorb and work in accordance with standards and regulations
-Good understanding of Quality system manuals (ASME/ RCC-M codes a distinct advantage)
-Good command of English and Swedish. Other languages would be an advantage
-Good knowledge of Word, Excel and good ability to absorb new computer systems and tools
-Technical degree
-Background in welding or engineering a distinct advantage
The position is placed in Gothenburg, Sweden or Perstorp, Sweden
