Escape Room Weekend Host

We are looking to hire a weekend host at Fox in a Box Stockholm.
Your job as a host is to help keep the scheduled bookings running in a timely manner while also providing a friendly experience for the customers. You should have great time management skills!


RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU DO AS A HOST
• Welcome customers, help them sign the waivers, and give them a pre-game introduction
• Handle customer payments
• Handle customer inquiries and booking changes
• Manage the reception area and keep it clean and stocked during games

• Rapport - Easily connect with customers and engage with them about the experience.
• Logical - You have to love solving problems - there may be a few!
• Fun – Being a part of the team and making the team work fun should be the key.
•Responsible – Owning the responsibility and following up with each other makes the work excellent.


This part time position will cover weekend shifts, with focus on Saturdays.
Previous experience with escape rooms or customer service is a bonus.
