We are now looking for an ESG Controller to join our Sustainability team at the Thule Group head office in Malmö. As such, you will provide a very active hands-on role, being part of a team driving and developing the Group Sustainability Approach ensuring that the company's sustainability and impact efforts support the long-term interests of the company. We believe that ”you treasure what you measure”, and by establishing this new role within our company we are convinced we will take the next steps on the journey even more effectively.
In this role you will offer data analysis and provide support for initiatives related to company-wide Scope 1-3 CO2 reduction targets; enable efficient analysis and reporting structure by developing and making use of relevant digital tools; support internal and external communications and visibility on sustainability issues; identify, collect and analyze data and prepare data and KPI’s for external and internal ESG-reporting. You will be a key stakeholder in ESG related projects, together with our team members in the Sustainability Team and with functional stakeholder as well as report to and work closely with the Internal Sustainability Specialist and other functions within the company. We expect you to be the one that knows “what comes next” in the world of ESG reporting.
You need to have a very strong proficiency in English and in Swedish with excellent communication skills and an ability to put complex data into well-structured and understandable format. We expect you have an academic degree in financial business controlling, sustainability management or science. We expect you to have between 2-5 years of experience from a similar position with focus on ESG data analysis preferably from a publicly listed investment environment or sustainability institution where you have worked with communication to external and internal stakeholder on a high qualitative and reliable manner. We trust you have a high capacity with excellent analytical skills, is very receptive, well organized, have a high degree of communication skills, both oral and in writing and are hungry for excellence!
