Digital Production System (DPS) within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) has the mission to enable efficient development worldwide with our engineering environment as a competitive advantage, for present and future business needs. This is achieved by flow and transparency, improving collaboration with aligned way of working as well as optimizing efficiency through infrastructure sharing!
The Program Office within DPS Operations is accountable for driving all ongoing programs within said organization.
ESP (Eco-System and Product) Program provides an ecosystem and infrastructure to the engineers, so they can quickly innovate, develop and deploy value to, and with, our customers.
Now we are looking for a Program Manager for Production System O&R within the Production Operation Program (POP), which operate and maintain the end-to-end production environments for DNEW products and associated production products.


What you will do
Drive the Productification
Prepare and fulfill clear time plans for Design responsible to execute
Manage Baselines/releases
Govern/drive the work and setup fora’s related to:
Quality/Production Care
Fault Slip Through (FST)/CI Improvements

The role will be based in Sweden and will report to the POP Program Management.


You will bring
Secure program commitments and plans through risk and priority management
Manage the Production System O&R Program within POP.
Report to POP Program Management Group (PMG)
Interact with partners, other ESP Program, SAN and BDGS
Actively participate in fora at ESP Program and Product Development Unit (PDU)
Lead change initiatives to continuously work on efficiency and effectiveness in the program
Secure program commitments and plans through risk and priority management
Efficiently handle all of the issues and escalations



To be successful in the role you must have
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
Several years of experience as Project/Program/System Manager/ Line Manager and/or from Service Operation Management
Excellent change management skills
Demonstrated leadership capability
Relevant knowledge in Agile and Lean methodologies
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate and build networks
Competence to influence across organizations, originating ideas, gaining commitment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
