We also contribute to charity and have ongoing cooperation with two large charity organizations.

A Nordic customer support department will now be built in Stockholm with a coaching and present leadership of an experienced customer service manager recruited for the purpose. The aim is to focus on world-class service and to be able to provide support primarily with b2b focus. The team will consist of colleagues from the Nordic and Baltic countries. The target image is a department of 10 people. We are looking for colleagues with fluent knowledge in Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian.

About the position:
- Manage incoming calls and emails as well as support, especially business to business.
-Translations from English to your mother tongue.
-Administrative tasks and updates in our systems.
-General office chores and even if necessary, help to welcome visitors to the reception.
-Participate in our official events and act as host and support.

Desirable calcifications:
-Fluent knowledge (writing and speaking) in some of following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian.
-Work experience from a service-oriented role, telephone experience is to prefer but not at requirement.
-You are passionate about good service and are friendly and happy to all customers.
-You are responsible and takes full ownership of your cases.
-You have a social and helpful attitude towards your colleagues and a willingness to develop together.
