About the position
Perido is looking for an administrative assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. You will report to the Head of Section Corporate Affairs. You will be working partly from home and partly from the office based in the north of Stockholm
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will provide general administrative and secretarial assistance and support the Unit’s processes. You will coordinate the Director’s engagements and organize all aspects of Director’s missions. Your tasks will more specifically consist of:
Registering incoming correspondence
Drafting, coordinating and dispatch of correspondence
Monitoring deadlines for replies
Organizing and coordinating appointments and internal meetings
Other administrative tasks within the Director’s Office
Your qualifications
In this role you need to be able to keep a high level of discretion and be able to handle confidential matters. You are a person with an eye to details and you have the capability to take initiatives. A high level of service orientation comes naturally for you, and you have no problem to communicate efficiently - both internally and externally – as well as work in a team. You are a driven and motivated doer who always strives to do your best.

Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant/secretary, preferable in a multicultural working environment
Excellent skills in preparing correspondence and other documentation
Good numerical skills
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and to work in a team
Good experience using spreadsheets, tables of figures and basic financial planning skills
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months with possible extension. Start 2021-12-15.
