EU Life Science Products Sales Manager

MedChemtronica (hereafter, MCT) is a global leading supplier of a wide range of high-quality life science reagents, including bioactive small molecule tool compounds, compound libraries, peptides, recombinant proteins, etc. MCE also offers various services such as custom chemical synthesis service, virtual screening service, and compound screening service.

Sweden, Work independently most of the time
Your role
1. Responsible for the overall promotion and sales strategy of the MCE life science product line in the European region.
2. Undertake sales targets for the MCE life science product line in Europe and develop clear customer development plans and sales plans.
3. Develop the potential customers targeting the MCE life science products including recombinant proteins, dyes, peptides, antibody inhibitors, kits. Expand the market share.
4. Develop industry customer for life science products, such as biotech company customers.
5. Collecting and providing feedback on the European marketing information of competitors and cutting-edge life science products.
6. Follow and collect online co-promotion information, cooperate with MCE marketing team to promote life science products on the online platform.
7. Represent MCE at trade shows to promote the products and increase brand awareness.
8. Other sales work related to this product line.
Required Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, biomedicine, etc. Excellent knowledge of life sciences products.
2. At least 2 years sales experience in life science products.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual learners are preferred.
4. Open-minded, result-motivated, strong learning ability, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit are required.
5. Positive and stable professional mentality, able to withstand greater work pressure. Adapt to weekly in-person customer visits.
6. A clear understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and key corporate clients in key European markets, particularly in the UK, Germany and France
7. Adaptable to multi-cultural teamwork.
8. Be able to work independently to achieve sales targets and is good at organising work plans to achieve sales targets
