About You
Will have experience managing supply chain, warehousing or distribution budgets within the FMCG sector.
Commercial astute with exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the gravitas to represent a growing brand.
The ability to lead, mentor and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2 year working experience in relevant field/position
University education in relevant field.


Main Duties & Responsibilities
Fully responsible for staff at the warehouse including, the long-term planning, recruiting, training and leadership.
Responsible for the inhouse time reporting process for the warehouse operation
On a weekly basis, take physically part in the WH operations by overseeing the incoming items as well as picking / packing / processing orders to be constantly updated about the main processes
Regularly appraise team members and carry out an annual performance review (development talks)
Track, co-ordinate and optimize with pick-up companies to the warehouse operations
Maintain regular communication with Customer Service and Marketing to forecast order planning.
Overall responsible for investigating stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out.
Be overall responsible that the Warehouse operation is compliant with current Health and Safety regulations and that the teams are trained appropriately
Take part of and analyze WH statistics on a regular basis and follow-up on the annual- & quarterly Warehouse KPIs, Budget, etc. Includes reporting to the the global head of logistics and the CEO


Key Objectives
A safe working environment for all employees and visitors at the warehouse; both physical, organizational and social.
A clear and scalable logistics strategy for the warehouse operation to support the Logistic Manager.
Fully responsible for both the long term and day-to-day management of the WH operations, including all main WH processes (i.e. inbound scheduling, outbound scheduling, return system, and associated procedures (both operational and administrative)


Salary
Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience.
