HemoCue is looking for a Product Manager supporting the Nordic and European sales teams.
As the new Product Manager at HemoCue you will become a part of the global Sales organization that provides the market with HemoCue products. The position will be placed in the Swedish sales organization and you will split your time 50/50 between supporting the Swedish and the European sales representatives.
You will more specifically run targeted marketing initiatives aimed to the Swedish market as well as offering your support adapting campaigns and marketing material to HemoCue distributors all over Europe. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acting as the link between the global marketing department and the local marketing functions producing/adjusting material, helping in responding to product related questions, procurements and complaints
Plan and execute activities and campaigns in Sweden as well as support the sales representatives in planning
Updating the Swedish webpage as well as other Swedish marketing material
Identify and support with validations and clinical evaluations/studies
Mapping and sizing of segments to identify target areas for focus products
Increase market and competitive knowledge, and understanding of customer needs
In conjunction with European sales and Commercial Partners develop campaigns to drive growth of focus products, including effective material to support execution
Qualifications
To qualify for the position you need 3-4 years of experience within marketing, preferably targeting similar markets for example in laboratory medicine, pharmaceutical industry or med-tech. If you also have experience in sales in any way this is considered a plus. In addition to this you need:
Bachelor’s degree in economics or natural science
Fluent in Swedish and English in both writing and speech
Personality
To succeed as a Product Manager you need to be initiative and effective you also need to value and enjoy good teamwork. Furthermore we believe that a can do attitude and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment is key. You also enjoy working in a company that aims to continuously improve, both in terms of equipment and processes.
