EU solution team consists of solution design team and solution delivery team. 2. From R&D aspect, be responsible for customized solution design, IOT, supporting key project deployment, co-ordination between solutions and deliverables. 3 To provide improved technical solutions to our wireless products. 4 To build an expertise team focusing on wireless network technologies, such as radio performance, etc. Job Requirements: Qualifications: 1. Be familiar with Tier1 operators? requirements, organization, process, etc. 2. Having the background in telecom 3 Having strong experience with customers, co-ordination competence across teams. Challenges & Opportunities: 1. There is no reference in HW. Across many departments. 2. Difficulties between site delivery and R&D resource. 3. How to improve HW solutions? Need to know HW system.
