As an Evangelist for Digital Platforms you will work closely with our internal and external customers to promote and support the use of our digital platform. You will be an important interface toward our customers and will be providing support as well as collect feedback from our users and feed it back into the development teams. You will be part of a team working with innovative edge and cloud computing solutions in a DevOps environment. The product platform we deliver is based on Linux, Docker and Microsoft Azure technologies.
You have a technical know-how, are eager to learn more and understand the importance of collaboration with multiple roles to succeed. You will be part of a global team with great opportunities to grow as an individual and make a true impact. The position is based in Västerås but could also be partly remote.
The role reports to R&D Development Manager.
Your responsibilities
Enable and challenge our customers to build applications that create maximum value while using our platform
Be the ambassador for our products and ensure that adaption is high
Provide guidance and support in setting up edge and cloud solutions
Collect feedback from customers, structure it and channel it into the R&D teams and Product Management
Communicate with internal customers daily to ensure their success using our products
Set up POCs, cloud instances and support in installation, and administration of the cloud solutions

Your background
Background in software development, preferably within the field of DevOps and edge/cloud computing
Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, and several years of experience from software development and agile/scrum
Your previous roles might have been as Architect, Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Developer
Experience from Azure DevOps, PaaS, cloud technologies is a strong advantage
Fluency in English
You are communicative, result-oriented, have a structured mindset and thrive in supporting others

We are a global R&D team driving digitalization and providing edge/cloud and Industrial IoT solutions to the industry. We collaborate daily with internal and external customers to develop an edge platform that brings significant value to customers, connecting data from manufacturing to other information systems and making the information available in real time.
