About the role 🤩
As the Event & Office Coordinator you will have an important role where your overall goal is to contribute to a world class employee experience for all employees at XLN Audio. You will do this by ensuring that we have an inspiring work and office environment, that we share memorable experiences during events, and by making sure that we have good internal service. Some of the things you will be focusing on are:
- Plan, book and carry out office activities, AWs, events, and conferences as well as managing purchases in connection with these
- Plan, organize, and implement projects and changes related to the office - like interior design projects
- Have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the office
- Provide support in HR- and Talent Acquisition-related matters, for example, create documents and templates
- Carry out various initiatives in Employer Branding related areas
- Manage internal administration, such as receipts/expenses, mobile subscriptions, as well as salary reporting (together with an external salary partner)
You will be part of the HR team, a small (but very nice!) team. You will report to and work closely with the HR manager.
To succeed and thrive, we believe you have:
- A service mind without comparison
- Experience from the service sector or a similar role with focus on event coordination
- A project manager’s mindset when it comes to planning and coordination
- Excellent skills in both Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the classic Office package
- A flexible and down-to-earth attitude
It is a big plus if you have studied Event Coordination, HR, Behavioral Sciences, or similar, have experience with Trello, Miro, or other similar tools, or have experience in payroll administration. However, for this role, the most important part for us is that you have the right mindset!
